We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our renovation and restoration team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in taping, mudding, sanding, and repairing drywall surfaces. This role requires attention to detail, quality workmanship, and the ability to meet project deadlines while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare drywall surfaces by taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing seams and corners
- Apply compound, fill joints, and smooth surfaces to achieve a flawless finish
- Repair cracks, holes, and imperfections on walls and ceilings
- Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
Must Have
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Drywall Finisher (restoration/renovation experience is an asset)
- Strong knowledge of drywall tools, materials, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read and follow project instructions
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
- Valid driver’s license is must and reliable transportation
