About the Role
The Shop Coordinator is responsible for maintaining material and tool readiness so crews leave the shop fully prepared each day. This is a hands-on warehouse and logistics position critical to daily operations.
You will review job schedules, stage materials, verify supplier deliveries, track tools, and maintain a clean, structured shop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- • Stage materials for next-day jobs
- • Review schedule and prepare material lists
- • Pick up materials from suppliers
- • Verify quantities and inspect for damage
- • Organize warehouse zones (Stock / Active Jobs / Returns / Repair)
- • Track tools assigned to crews
- • Inspect and log returned equipment
- • Maintain delivery documentation
Must Have
- Valid G Driver’s License (mandatory)
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Basic knowledge of renovation materials preferred
